Description: Organic Coconut Sugar, also known as coconut nectar, that is milled to a 16 mesh powder. We take the nectar from the flower blossom of the coconut palm tree and evaporate it into a powder. We centrally manufacture this item and oversee every step of the production to ensure the highest quality and consistency. This product does not come from the coconut fruit and thus is not a nut allergen. It has a low glycemic index of 35 and can replace cane sugar at a 1:1 ratio.
